Can I talk to someone about my needs before I sign up?

We’d love to talk with you. Many of our clients prefer to speak with us before signing on with us. Please inquire about any additional questions you might have and let us know your outsourcing needs so we can ensure that you have a virtual assistant who is well-qualified to assist you.

Will multiple Virtual Assistant help me, or just one person?

Once you sign up for our services you will be assigned a relationship manager who will get in touch with you immediately and will be your single point of contact. Your relationship manager will discuss the nature of tasks and with you accordingly, he will assign the best fit VA for you. If your task is recurring in nature then you may get a dedicated virtual assistant assigned to you.

Are the Virtual Assistants trained professional?

At TecMonks we pair you with a Virtual Assistant who is already trained in the skills you need. Of course, you have to show them how your business works and the techniques you use in your work sphere, but the good news is that they’ve already done similar work for other clients and they have a ton of experience in serving clients remotely.

How flexible are your plans?

We are very much flexible when it comes to our pricing plan. You can upgrade and downgrade or even cancel your subscription at any point in time.  You just need to send us an email confirmation of your change in plan, 7days before your next billing cycle.

Do my unused hours roll over to the next month?

According to our policy, unused hours are not rolled over to the next month. Because of this, we encourage you to choose a plan based on your usage requirements.

Are there any hidden or additional charges?

Absolutely not! Equipment usage, office space, and employee salaries are covered as part of your subscription fees. Additionally, there are no binding contracts or commitments, so you can leave at any time. Plans are on a monthly basis, and you can unsubscribe any time if you no longer wish to use our services.

Do I get support from other specialists on demand?

We are always available and can meet your hiring needs quickly. If you need one at any time, simply send us an email.

What is your refund Policy?

Our goal is to fulfill the expectations of every individual client. However, we, unfortunately, do not issue any refunds once your subscription has been processed. In case you want to discontinue our services, please do so before your next billing cycle begins.
